Kyra Coates is an artist, a writer, a mother and a survivor.

CW: Before we get started, I’d like to mention that this episode carries a content warning for trauma and sexual assault. Don’t worry, we don’t go into too much detail, but I wanted to give you a heads up. 

With that in mind, Kyra’s story is much more than her trauma. She has travelled, studied, lived (as a Hindu nun, amongst other things) and ultimately, she loves. Kyra found her true calling at age 35 and now flows her love and her unique creative force through her family, artwork, community, and life.
